Fern Britton recommends

An Unlikely Visitor (2026)
Joanna Cannon
"Joanna Cannon beautifully examines each tragic, surprising, shocking and precious moment of ordinary life. An extraordinary book, I loved it."

A Very Dangerous Pursuit (2026)
(Richard Hannay Adventures, book 1)
Ben Miller
"A joyful dive into an era of proper adventure with British charm and stiff upper lip, in tandem with the silliness of British humour. A delight!"
