Kate Dylan recommends
The Dark in Her Veins (2026)
(Divine Villains, book 1)
M K Lobb
"Deliciously sexy. Lobb's adult debut is everything I loved about Seven Faceless Saints and To Steal from Thieves, but darker, grittier, and more dangerous. Perfect for those who like their women angry, their love interests deadly, and their fantasy a little blasphemous."
A Snake Among Swans (2026)
(Wild Swans, book 1)
Hannah Kaner
"Beautifully written with a simmering thread of violence, A Snake Among Swans is a fairytale reimagining with teeth. Filled with the perfect mix of courtly politics, sapphic yearning, and feminine rage, this book is a triumphant start to Kaner's sophomore trilogy."
Deathbringer (2026)
(Deathbringer, book 1)
Sonia Tagliareni
"A decadent new voice in romantic fantasy. With her debut, Deathbringer, Tagliareni weaves a masterful tale of forbidden love, dangerous magic, and betrayal. If you love dark academia, found family casts, and intricate world building, you won't want to miss this one."
