Best Friends Forever (2018)
Margot Hunt
"Best Friends Forever is a page turner… You may think you know how this story is going to end. But trust me, you don't."
Exhibit Alexandra (2018)
Natasha Bell
"A taut and spellbinding look at creative darkness and the price we pay when art bleeds into real life. I couldn't put this book down!"
The Tall Man (2018)
Phoebe Locke
"From the second I opened this book, I wanted to know the truth about the Tall Man. Was he real? What did he make people do? Was it possible to escape? I couldn't put the book down until I knew. An unsettling, original page-turner you'll still be thinking about long after you reach the end."
The Wolf Wants In (2019)
Laura McHugh
"The Wolf Wants In tells the story of a place, and a class of people, often overlooked in fiction. Set in rural Kansas, the novel tackles opioid addiction, murder, poverty, and family loyalty, and McHugh deftly balances the darkness of her subject matter with the hopeful beauty of her writing. Three books in and McHugh keeps getting better and better."
We Are All the Same in the Dark (2020)
Julia Heaberlin
"I’m not sure I can put into words how much I loved this book: gorgeous writing, interesting characters, a unique setting, and an unsettling, surprising mystery. At one point, I actually gasped out loud from both the beauty of the writing and the shock of the story. We Are All the Same in the Dark has it all. Everyone needs to put this book on their to-be-read list right now! You can thank me later."
