Rosewater (2016)
(Wormwood Trilogy, book 1)
Tade Thompson
"Rosewater asks you uncomfortable questions about what is right, what is wrong, what you'll tolerate, and what is human."
thumb
A Big Ship At the Edge of the Universe (2018)
(Salvagers, book 1)
Alex White
"A Big Ship at the Edge of the Universe starts in high gear and never lets up. Boasting action, intrigue and deadly fusions of technology and magic, you have to remember to put the book down now and then to take a breath!"
thumb
Saint Death's Daughter (2022)
(Saint Death, book 1)
C S E Cooney
"Saint Death's Daughter is marvellous: it strikes an expert balance between light and dark, serious and ludicrous, and always keeps a wonderful, strong, queer energy about itself."
thumb
A Strange and Stubborn Endurance (2022)
(Tithenai Chronicles, book 1)
Foz Meadows
"Gorgeous romance, a slick murder mystery, and a political thriller all rolled into one, with characters you quickly grow to love and root for. Most of all, it's a novel about learning to accept oneself, whatever may have been done to you."
thumb
Notorious Sorcerer (2022)
(Burnished City, book 1)
Davinia Evans
"Notorious Sorcerer is a real delight, with compelling characters and wonderful worldbuilding that sucks the reader in and keeps them engaged from beginning to end."
