Michelle Davies recommends
The Sixth Window (2017)
(DI Tom Douglas, book 6)
Rachel Abbott
"Rachel Abbott once again confirms she's the Queen of twisted suspense with another taut thriller that will keep you up long after lights out. Her characterization is as adept as her plotting and you'll find yourself mistrusting everyone and questioning everything before the killer twist at the end spectacularly turns everything on its head! Abbott is at the top of her game with The Sixth Window - it's cracking five-star read."
The Liar's Girl (2018)
Catherine Ryan Howard
"The Liar's Girl is BRILLIANT. [Catherine Ryan Howard has] outdone herself... It's even better than the Dagger-nominated Distress Signals and that's saying something!"
The Other Woman (2018)
Sandie Jones
"Compulsive, superbly plotted and all too believable! Earmark it now for your TBR pile."
Sleep Tight (2021)
(Rose Gifford, book 1)
C S Green
"Creepy, intriguing and a total page turner."
The Pact (2021)
Sharon Bolton
"I couldn't wait to tweet this as #bookpost before diving in - then I devoured it in one sitting. The Pact is a brilliantly crafted thriller about some friends who make a promise that's hell to keep! Gripping from start to finish."
