Patricia Gibney

Patricia lives in the midlands of Ireland. She is an avid crime reader so naturally she found herself writing in the crime genre. A life changing experience in 2009, with the death of her 49 year old husband, meant she had to give up her career, and over the following few years, she rekindled her love of art and writing. Initially Patricia wrote and illustrated a children's book, but her real ambition was to write a novel. And she did!

Someone You Trust (2023)
Rachel Ryan
"Claustrophobic . . . No one is who they seem to be, which kept me guessing with each page I turned. I've no hesitation in recommending Someone You Trust, as it is a great read."

Toxic People (2023)
S D Monaghan
"I read Toxic People over the weekend and it was a riveting read. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I couldn't turn the pages quickly enough to find out what would happen next, even though the toxicity of some of the characters leapt off the pages! Two of them in particular!Sean's writing is so good and the plot and pacing ticks all the boxes for me."
