T R Ragan was thirty-three and pregnant with her fourth and last child when she read A Knight In Shining Armor by Jude Devereaux. She enjoyed the story so much that she knew instantly she wanted to write her own romance novel. Not because she thought she could do better, but because she wanted to make readers feel good inside, take them away for a few hours of fun and romance. Theresa immediately began to read romance in all genres, and began to study the market.She had a lot of notes , character’s names, and many scattered scenes which she began to put together like a puzzle. Sometime in 1997, when her fourth child was entering kindergarten, She finished that book.
